Terms and conditions gift vouchers

The gift voucher with accommodation will be valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issue. After this period it will have no value and cannot be used. This condition does not apply to Faro Pequeno gift cards which do not have an expiry date.

No refunds or cancellations will be accepted and they are not exchangeable for cash.

In case of loss, they will not be refunded or exchanged.

Stays subject to availability and minimum stays. It is essential to book in advance to redeem the gift voucher, indicating its number, and it must be presented on arrival.

Accommodation vouchers are valid for 2 people, and can be used at the contracted price level (according to season equivalence).
It can be used at higher levels than the one covered by the voucher by paying the difference between the value of the gift voucher and the current rate.

The accommodation reservation will be formalized by email to [email protected] or by calling +34 986 499 483, with the code that appears on the gift voucher.

Once the reservation has been made at the hotel with the gift voucher, any modification or cancellation must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges. If it is made after this period, the gift voucher may become invalid.

At the end of the purchase process, the gift voucher or e-wallet will be automatically sent in digital format to the e-mail address provided.

We also offer the option of receiving your gift voucher in physical format, delivered to your address for an additional charge of €25. When you make your purchase, you can provide us with the delivery address and we will send the gift voucher in an elegant case, ready to surprise that special someone. Delivery is limited to the Iberian Peninsula. Delivery time: 48-72h
